We can fill your urgent needs with as little as 72 hours’ notice. That’s because we provide Rapid Response® travel nurse staffing services, versus traditional travel nursing . In fact, Fastaff is the largest provider of variable length travel nurses in America and pioneered the concept of Rapid Response® nurse staffing to hospitals over two decades ago. Read our client case studies, which attest to our rapid response abilities.

It all depends on your needs. Fastaff can accommodate your unique urgent and crucial care requirements for as long or short a period as you desire. You may place a staffing request for 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks, or even a year or more. In this way we differ from our competitors who typically require a 13-week minimum on all staffing assignments.

Fastaff has been providing Rapid Response® nurse staffing services to healthcare facilities across the United States since 1989. In the past ten years, we have staffed urgent and crucial patient-care needs at over 700 hospitals, and we maintain a database of tens of thousands of qualified specialty nurses.

We carefully screen our nurses and require documentation of all licensing, certifications, experience, and references. No nurse may work for Fastaff who does not have a minimum of one to two years’ recent experience in his/her area of specialization. After we select a candidate we believe suits your unique needs, we fax or email that nurse’s file to you. You then get to review it and decide whether or not we should offer the nurse the assignment. If you prefer to expedite this process by having Fastaff make the assignment decision for you, we are, of course, happy to accommodate.
